Terms and Conditons
1. If you provide full GRO index information and it is incorrect, no certificate will be ordered by us and you will be refunded £7.00
2. If you provide full GRO index information and the GRO state that it is incorrect, no certificate will be produced and you will be refunded £4.00
3. If we cannot find the birth, marriage or death and no certificate is issued you will be refunded £7.00
4. If we cannot find a Will or Letter of Administration we will refund you £5.
5. No refund will be given where you determine that a certificate/will/letter of administration that we have sent you is incorrect if we sent you the certificate/will/letter of administration based on the information that you supplied us with.
6. As these goods are clearly personalised a cancellation option is not available once you have paid for your order.
7. We make no claims about the nature or quality of
