If you do not know the GRO Index information but know the date that the event took place then please use the Known Date form.

Marriage Certificate - Request a Search

Please complete the form below. We will search the indexes 5 years either side of the year you specify for the marriage. For example if you state that the 'Approximate Year Married' was 1875 we will search from 1870 to 1880 inclusive.

Please note you can only order marriage certificates from 1837 to the present date.
